On April 11th, a video was posted by netizens claiming that in Chencai Town, Jinjiang, Quanzhou, Fujian, many businesses’ billboards had been sprayed with “Beautiful Women to Your Door” accompanied by contact phone numbers.
A circulated video showed several roadside billboards with red backgrounds originally displaying menu and other information, now covered with large black letters saying “Beautiful Women to Your Door,” some of which were repeated multiple times with different contact numbers. Additionally, walls near the doors of some businesses or promotional posters were also defaced with “Beautiful Women to Your Door.”
On April 11th, a restaurant owner expressed distress about the situation. “We were operating normally, and this must have happened after closing. We cleaned it off, but they wrote it again. Now the original content on our sign is barely visible.”
The owner revealed that many businesses in Chencai Town had encountered similar situations. “Especially restaurants, many around here have been affected. Some people were so angry that they reported it to the police, while others called and scolded the culprits.”
Journalists attempted to call the phone numbers behind “Beautiful Women to Your Door,” but most of them were located outside of Quanzhou, with several showing as “unable to accept calls.” When one call connected, the journalist asked what “Beautiful Women to Your Door” meant, and the respondent said, “It means beautiful women coming to your door, offering various services.” When asked if the services were only for men, the respondent said, “Women also, handsome guys to your door…”
